Please notice that the update must be public available!
Not just an update of the sites member section.
It must be clear what is updated and when the update was made.
Examples of updates:
- New free pictures
- New free movies
- Thumbnails and description of updates

Site ID		The site ID. Get the ID
Date of update		This date MUST match the update date on your site
